MultiMin Powder contains natural lemon flavouring, fructose, citric acid, and sodium bicarbonate.

Suggested dose for adults

Powder: Adults mix 1 level scoopful twice a day in warm water and consume. May be mixed with water or juice.

Capsules: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
