Because ENERGIN is a liquid extract there is an increased bioavailability of the active GINSENOSIDES.

Suggested dose for adults: For best results drink 125ml(half a cup, 4 oz) every other day for 1 week, then 125ml each week or as often as required. Shake well before use.  Refrigerate after opening.
