This product is a 1:1 extract (100g per 100ml) of Valerian in a 100ml base of 20% ethanol and 80% distilled water.

 

Valerian is manufactured under strict GMP standards.  It does not contain artificial colors, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, chemical additives, wheat, yeast or animal derivatives.

 

Suggested dose for adults: 1 teaspoon 30minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner.

                                             Shake well before use.  Refrigerate after opening.

 

Indications: Clinical studies have shown that Valerian shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep.
